We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Engineering Manager to join our growing team. As a Product Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers in the development of new products and features. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that products are developed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers in the development of new products and features
  • Develop and implement product engineering roadmaps
  • Break down product requirements into technical specifications
  • Estimate development timelines and costs
  • Manage product engineering risks
  • Ensure that products are developed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
  • Mentor and coach engineers on their technical and professional development
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience in product engineering
  • Track record in leading and managing engineering teams
  • Technical skills in software development, design, and testing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
